Do digital and photography products come in a frame?

All our digital and photography products arrive printed, framed, and ready to hang on your wall.


Can I get a product in a different size than the ones available online?

Yes. For custom sizes, please reach out with your request. The ability to print on larger sizes will vary depending on the resolution of the artwork, which will be confirmed by our team.

In which countries does UrbanFrames currently operate?

As of now, we only operate and ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). We are planning on expanding to regional (GCC) and global shipping in late 2021. 


How long do deliveries typically take?

Local deliveries (within the UAE) are typically made within 3 to 6 working days, excluding the day the order is placed. You will receive shipping updates after you place an order.


What payment methods are accepted?

For digital and photography products, we currently only accept online payments (VISA and MasterCard). For original artwork, please reach out as we may accommodate alternative payment methods.


Does UrbanFrames offer custom framing services? 

Should you have a custom framing request, please reach out with your request and we will get back to you within within 24 hours.
